The NSGO-CTU new leadership team were looking for a way to build a leadership structure around a successful organization.
First, we surveyed the employees to map their existing and establish their future set of values.
I then faciliated a couple of workshops for the leadership team to build their strategic house including:
Crafted an ambitious vision & mission
Defined 5 core values
Articulated a strong value proposition
Aligned on a 2030 strategic objective and
Defined the four strategic pillars of the house
