Working closely with the CEO and Nordic leadership team of Medidyne, I facilitated the process to create their 2030 strategy. Using the Business Model Canvas, we populated their status quo, then mapped their ideal future (2030) canvas to agree on direction, focus and priorities to stimulate sustainable growth. My method included a leadership team survey, individual interviews before we met for a full day of dedicated strategy workshop. I followed up with an online meeting to debrief, consolidate and align on next steps.
