AdhesionScore is an innovative cancer in vitro diagnostic spinout from RUC. Between founders and advisory board members, they were looking to establish their first year roadmap.
I learnt about the technology and start-up journey from a couple of advisors. Then I facilitated an intense and engaging workshop for founders and advisors together to map out their current state incl. mission and vision before defining bold but realistic goals for the next year.
